Emperor

Kiwanis Club of Temple City was pleased to have honored three outstanding students from Emperor Elementary School at their meeting on June 19, 2007.  Pictured with the proud students is Emperor Principal Miss Kathy Perini and teacher, Miss Mary Ann Parrille.

Kennedy is 12 years old and is in Ms. Carlson’s class.  Kennedy has two sister’s and enjoys singing, acting, dancing and swimming.  Kennedy said, “The best things about school are the nice teachers and staff, that you can make friends, and that we are very safe.”  The best thing that ever happened was making the Oak Avenue Drill Team.  Kennedy has goals of doing well in school, have a nice career and nice life.

Carrie is 12 years old and is in Miss Parrille’s class.  Carrie has an older brother and enjoys computers, swimming, and outdoor activities.  Carrie said, “The best things about school are the wonderful staff and teachers, kind kids, and the surroundings.”  The best thing that ever happened to Carrie was the first time she went to Disneyland.  Personal goals are to get straight A’s, go to a good college, and graduate high school with a good S.A.T. score and grades.

Tiffany is 11 years old and is in Mr. Giangregorio’s class.  Tiffany enjoys swimming, playing games, sports, singing, and acting.  Tiffany said, “The best things about school are the great teachers and staff, safe environment, and fun place to learn.”  The best thing that ever happened to Tiffany was making honors algebra. Personal goals are to build a hovercar, get straight A’s, get a scholarship to a good university, be successful and rich.
