Andrew Hughes and Daniel Morris
February 28, 2006

 Emperor

Kiwanis Club of Temple City was pleased to have honored two outstanding students from Longden Elementary School at their meeting on February 28, 2006.  Pictured with the proud students is their teacher, Mr. Bruce Bremer.

Andrew is 10 years old, has three older sisters, enjoys football, and playing his Gameboy. Andrew said, “The best things about school are the nice looking facilities, the teachers, and art lessons with Ms. Dorazio.”  The best thing that ever happened to Andrew was his last birthday. He would like to eliminate crime, build a flying car, complete Saxon math, earn as many Accelerated Reader points as possible, and improve his reading skills.

Daniel is 11 years old and enjoys video games. Daniel said, “The best things about school are the good playground, great library, and the lunch menu.” The best thing that ever happened to Daniel was getting the Megas XLR (toy robot).  Daniel would like humans to live forever, build a personal rocket ship, complete the 6th grade, go to Oak Avenue Intermediate, and get a good job.
